To celebrate the 69th National War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day, in the evening of July 25th,the Trade Union of Thu Cuc International General Hospital in coordination withTrade Union of Tay Ho District held the“Candle-lighting Ceremony” atPatrotic-war-dead Memorial in Quang An Ward,Au Co Street, Tay Ho District, Hanoi City.
Through thiscelebration,the young people had the chance to express their gratitude to those who have sacrificed their lives for the the cause of national liberation, construction and defence,as the moral precept“when eating a fruit, think of the person who planted the tree”. This “Candle-lightingCeremony” isalso a good opportunity for people, especially young onesto help, encourage, take care of war invalids and martyrs’families, family members who have contributed to the revolution.
Thu Cuc International General Hospital and some other enterprises has sponsored and participated in various practical and meaningful activities such as burning incense and candle passing ceremony at the martyrs’ cemetery, giving gifts to familiesunder preferential treatment policyand families contributing to the Revolution within Tay Ho District. Thu Cuc Hospital has given 25 gifts which worth 300 thousand eachtofamiliesunder preferential treatment policy.
